Woodland Waterfall
Just down the walk from the festival garden, the woodland waterfall is located within a natural opening in the valley along the connecting path that links the visitor and education center with the many garden areas.

This area features a waterfall and two small ponds, and the “New Friends” sculpture. Located at the edge of one of the woodland ponds, “New Friends” charmingly depicts a young boy holding a frog. Artist Karl Jensen specializes in sculptures of children, and he has the unique ability to capture a moment in time. Jensen’s bronze sculptures can be found in art collections across the country.

Native woodland understory shrubs and perennials provide subtle accent and interest to the ponds. A natural path with bench provides a contemplative respite for many visitors.
