About the artist
Marsha Senft's goal as a freelance photographer is to capture a
moment in time. Patience and passion allow her to bring unique and beautiful
images alive through the lens. At the age of ten she began honing her skills by
documenting the antics of her pet rabbit and dog. Her career was put in motion
by winning the 2000 Audubon Society Photography Contest. Since then, she has
won the Audubon contest again, the Autumn in the Bluffs contest twice, and the
Nebraska Statewide Arboretum contest three times. Recently, the Nebraska State
Historical Society honored her by publishing her photo of the Marjorie K.
Daugherty Conservatory at Lauritzen Gardens in their 2018 calendar. She is
thankful for her husband, children and grandchildren who support her passion
and creativity.
"I hope you will enjoy viewing my photos and much as I enjoy
sharing them with you." - Marsha Senft
