About
Suzanne Wright:
Suzanne Wright is a 500-RYT
in the style of Vinyasa Yoga and holds specialties
for prenatal and children's yoga.
Her classes are nourishing, engaging, and thoughtful. She will help you
explore and find balance in your practice on and off the mat. In the sanctuary
of the practice, participants can explore the depths of their vulnerability and
hurts, confidence and strength, exuberance and playfulness, abundance and
grace, and much more. Yoga allows these experiences in a safe place, so that
participants can draw upon their gifts in the chaos and activity of the real
world.
