Email confirmations will be sent to guests upon the completion of their purchase/reservation and they should show their online or printed receipt with a barcode to the front desk attendant upon arrival. Members are asked to present their membership card and photo ID along with their barcode.

·         Members must be logged into the system in order to receive their discounts. If this is the first time that you have used the system since December 2020, please click register in the upper right-hand corner and register your account using the email that you have on file with the garden. After completing that process once, click sign-in (or verify that your email appears in the upper right) and then complete your ticket transaction or program reservation. Prices will show up on tickets/programs, but member discounts will be automatically applied in the cart. Registration and sign-in links are in the upper righthand corner at

·         Members are allotted the number of tickets based on their current membership level (i.e. Individual = 1, Dual = 2, Family = 2 adults + children under 18, Grandparent = 2 adults + grandchildren under 18) and should use the Member Adult and Member Child fields to reserve them. If you have a PLUS ONE membership level, you may reserve 1 ticket for a guest (adult or child) using the plus one field. Tickets for additional guests may be purchased by the member using the general admission prices and the regular adult and child fields. Members must show their current membership card and ID, along with their e-ticket(s)/printed ticket(s) to be admitted. Please note that membership benefits extend to the named cardholder(s) and are not transferrable.

·         Membership transactions may be processed at the front desk. Members may also join or renew online, by phone (402) 346-4002, ext. 214, or by mail.

·         If you have issues with this process, if member discounts are not populating, or if you do not know which email is on file with the garden, please contact us at (402) 346-4002, ext. 214 or ext. 201. Please note that these lines are not manned 24/7.

The Marjorie K.
