All-European Show and Shine

Sunday, September 8, 2024
Noon to 3 p.m.

See fine European cars and motorcycles on display. Imagine models of Jaguar, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Ducati, BMW, Ferrari, Pantera, Alfa Romeo, Austin Healey and others surrounded by the beauty of the garden.

Guests may walk the 100 acres of gardens or they may take a narrated tram tour for $5 per person ($3 for garden members). The café will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and snacks.

Please note that during the All-European Show and Shine, cars are exhibited to the northwest of the rose garden (the furthest part of the garden away from the visitor and education center) and the show ends promptly at 3 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive at the event early enough to account for walking times to reach the show site (the staging location takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to reach by foot, depending on the speed of the walker).

Admission to the event is included with paid garden admission or membership. To expedite the admissions process, you can reserve tickets in advance here.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:
We are looking for participation! If you have a fine old or new European car or bike and you would like to exhibit in the garden, please read the information below:

Exhibitors interested in showing their car or motorcycle should arrive on the morning of the show and enter the garden property at the north west entrance one block east of 6th and Cedar Streets at the original entrance gate to the garden. Please note, only show entry vehicles and the people inside the vehicle will be allowed to enter garden property at this location. All other guests and vehicles should enter at the main Lauritzen Gardens visitor and education center entrance (100 Bancroft Street) with their membership card or by paying general admission.

Registration is open to all European cars and motorcycles and pre-registration is not required.

Please arrive the morning of the show between 10 a.m. and noon to register your vehicle. The show is officially open to the public from noon to 3 p.m. We respectfully ask that if possible, all participants remain until the show ends at 3 p.m. so that guests may view all of the cars.

The fee to enter the show is $20 cash to the producer of the show (The European Car Club-Joe Chickinelli) and each car driver will receive general admission to the garden for themselves and their passengers, as well as a commemorative event tee shirt.

Upon arrival, please park near the registration tent to register your vehicle, then wait for directions on where to park.

The show ends promptly at 3 p.m. In order to secure the garden gates, if you plan to stay after 3 p.m. to enjoy the garden, please relocate your vehicle to our main parking lot at the visitor and education center.
