Lauritzen Gardens, Omaha’s Botanical Center, is a growing public garden located on a 100-acre site overlooking the Missouri River Valley. Internships at Lauritzen Gardens offer exciting opportunities for students to be closely involved with the challenges and rewards of working in a young public garden with a fast-paced atmosphere.

2023 SUMMER ADVENTURE CAMP INTERN  
Position Details:
Lauritzen Gardens’ Summer Adventure Camp interns are needed to teach groups of week-long campers between 5-12 years of age. Camp topics include nature-based themes that will allow staff and campers to enjoy an exciting indoor and outdoor camp experience. Education Interns will assist with educational programming at the garden including school tours, youth enrichment programs, festivals, special events, and garden interpretation. Interns must possess enthusiasm, flexibility, a love of the outdoors, and an interest in working with children.


VISITOR SERVICES INTERNSHIPS

VISITOR SERVICES INTERN - Part-time, Seasonal Position | APPLY NOW
Position Details:
As a Visitor Services Associate, you would be responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted, assisted, and served beyond their expectations. Responsible for the operations of the retail store including front-line sales and customer service, membership and admission, and merchandise presentation.
