Valentine's Day Dinner

Friday, February 14, 2020
Reservations from 6 to 9 p.m. 

Experience one of the most beautiful Valentine's Day dinners in Omaha at Lauritzen Gardens, in the intimate surroundings of the visitor and education center. All guests receive the first course, their choice of one main course, the dessert course and one glass of wine (Chardonnay or Cabernet).

2019 menu options:

First Course
Winter salad of spinach and arugula with dried cherries, gorgonzola, and candied walnuts. Finished with a balsamic fig vinaigrette.

Main Course #1
Rosemary chateaubriand with a cabernet reduction 
Fresh whipped mashed potatoes
Haricots verts

Main Course #2
Roast tenderloin of beef with a cabernet reduction  
Breast of chicken with white wine, leek, and mushroom sauce
Fresh whipped mashed potatoes
Haricots verts

Main Course #3
Grilled fresh salmon filet with lemon garlic cream sauce         
Fresh whipped mashed potatoes
Haricots verts

Main Course #4 
Stuffed cornish game hen with garlic sage stuffing and a cherry port glaze

Mushroom ragu with polenta and truffle oil

Shared platter of elegant miniature desserts

Reservations are required and payment information will be noted at the time of the reservation. All changes or cancellations must be made by February 8, 2019. Charges for the event will be processed on the Tuesday before the event and no refunds will be given after that time.
