Know Before You Go

Plan Your Garden Visit!

Open daily from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (last daytime entry is at 2:30 p.m.) Separate tickets are required for Bright Nights events from 4 to 9 p.m. Please note that the model railroad garden is closed for the season, but trains are running throughout the holiday show.

Picnic Areas

We love picnics, but they must be enjoyed in designated areas. If you pack a lunch or a snack, please plan to eat it at the tables by the front ponds or at Kenefick Park. We do not allow picnicking or outside food in the garden (with the exception of Tempo of Twilight concerts).

Advance Admission Tickets

In order to expedite garden entry, all guests are encouraged to secure an advance ticket online, but they are not required for daytime visits. Advance tickets are good for an entire day and guests may arrive at their convenience.
